JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Recruitment: Responsible for the entire staffing process, from needs analysis to completed assignments. Match the right consultants with the right assignments and ensure high quality in every placement. Work proactively to engage new and existing consultants, primarily via phone and LinkedIn.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with both consultants and clients. Provide first-class service and advice to create secure and sustainable collaborations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have experience in healthcare, for example as a nurse, or have worked in healthcare staffing.
• Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as it will be used in daily work.
• Are ambitious and driven by working towards set goals.
